The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Suspicious trades at the last minute from Morgan Stanley

Repeated suspicious trades during the last seconds of any trading day over the last couple of weeks.

Most of them are from Morgan Stanley Canada.

Another one took place today....500 shares were sold at C$0.29 a few seconds before closing. As a result, the pps closed at C$0.29

Same things happens again and again during the trading day too. Many trades with 500-1000 shares at the BID.

I believe that something is going on behind the scenes. The manipulation is obvious. They must work for PTA's suitor. It can be the two Latin American funds that own VETRA (ACON Investments and CIPEF) , it can be another company. The thing is that something is going on here over the last 2 weeks.
