Popps.. you said everything right there but missed the point.. I know you're not a trader but you've got to understand that you own a stock moved by traders, where every OHLC matters, every decimal.. 1.2 million shares traded today and should have been closed at .295.. 500 shares at the close doubled the daily loss and monday will have forgotten this.

And yeah, in the long run none of this may matter, but then again, this behaviour is an effective low-risk trade used to supress prices in the short term to make price action look worse than it really is..
