Mike is a certified idiot. He just sunk his own company and by extension his shareholders. All moves made by Affinor, post Nick's split from ATT, are closely scrutinized by Affinor's legal team to ensure there is no such conflict. Even worse, it was done in the US where Nick can add punitive damages to the counter suit which is a certainty from both Affinor and Nick personally.
Winthrow forgot to name the cleaning lady and the paper boy in the suit as well...
What a joke and not withstanding a foolish and desperate move.
