In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. If I promise to buy $150/day for a while, do you believe that  I, singlehandedly, will influence price ?

Q:   What  is  current price X average stock sales per day ?     Maybe  just  short  of $700,000 ?
           ( = 2,331.000 average shares per day  X  $0.30  = $699,000  per day purchased).   Do you really think that
