Legislation on business partnerships and companies consists of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, this Law, laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, and normative acts of the President and Governmental of the Kyrgyz Republic. 2.
