So what do you expect to happen with Pinecrest that will make you money buying back @.04? Apparently you don't expect Pinecrest to go bankrupt but even if it did you still made your profit already. I'm surprised you bought back and posted that you did. With the price this low I don't see a way forward on financing. Apparently you do and if that happens all of us would benefit.
