Insider Selling vs. BuyingInsider selling does not send a positive signal to the market, but it is sometimes understandable, because of the various reasons involved in the selling.
In Marrone's case, it is not good at all, as he 1) is the founder, 2) is the chairman, and 3) has sold more than 2 million shares at a much lower price (compared to his acquisition price).
The worse part is, IMO, there is not a single insider who has purchased shares in the past six months. If MBAC at its current stage is really a rare opportunity, as many of us on this board believe, why wouldn't the insiders purchase shares?
Before the NR involving restructuring on October 8, the stock was traded at 14-15 cents. People believed then it was an excellent deal, but the dumping was unbelievable.
There could be something not disclosed to the market.
