What you say is true. BUT - Anderson isn't being kept up to speed with what is really going on. He can't be.
His senior executives are making uninformed decisions and he will take the fall for it.
The issues in western Canada are not improving - WHY? - No leader - simple.

Your comments about relationships are spot on.
The competitors can read and are circling in the bloody water.
