RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CCAA Definition

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:CCAA DefinitionNixon, Oregonduck,  I agree with both of you, it is the unknown about production and quality that cause all these problems, if the picture become cleared, I might  roll my dice again. LOL
Trizec and Bramalea went private (back to) Brascan (now Brookfield, I hold this stock since Hees Internarional days), Oregonduck's opinion is the closest to reality, the others' are just optimistic possibilities.
The worst case  scenerio is creditors put RBI on aution(after CCAA expired), somebody (most likely the Lundins) can buy RBI with peanuts, LOL.can you say "go private", Deer did. LOL
Can you guys remember Canary Wharf in England, it went bankrupt, the creditors put it on aution, the old owner "Olympia&York" bought it back with peanuts. LOL. What about Air Canada, after restructured, the old shareholds got one new share for every thousand old shares. LOL
Industial, fiancial, and Services co. sell themseves to financiers on their business models, they are different  from mining co. in RBI's case, Mr. Clark have to sell "REAL quality production" to get funding, evidents or prove of achievable production is no longer acceptable to fund managers now, LOL. Mr. Clark have $13mln to do it, how far can $13mln go if everything is COD ? LOL, CHEERS, GLTA.
