RE:Stans Energy Obtains Extension of Ontario Court Injunction
the presidents recent comments of stating this is a game to candaian courts is disrespectful.

This is not a game. There are thousands of investors around the world that invested in this because they wanted to be involved. The govermnet have stopped the development and thousands of peopple have been effected by thi and lost their money.

can anybody clarify what'  KJSC can apply to have the injunction varied on 10 days notice' means.

Also the president stating drastic measures. What do you think he means by that. Nationalisation? Surely not, that would be econimic suicide and raise the bill to 3.9 billion dollars owed. Surely not.

Are they seriously not goign to negotiate. I guess theirs pide but the easy way out is to identify the correupt policticans and blame it on them and move on. Without any of these legal fees and the possibilty of losign this. Do they not want another mine developed???

Does anyone have an opinion on the above threematters?
