RE:Zaio to close first tranche of financing Nov. 5 2014-10-27

RE:Zaio to close first tranche of financing Nov. 5 2014-10-27Dave,

You have got to be kidding me!

Financing at .15 cents with warrants at .20  That is the best you can do? It is disgusting to see how you have thorwn your current shareholders under the bus.

We should not have ths dilution.  Zao shareholders should have had a revenue stream from a licensing agreement.  If you would have done your job properly, we would not be seeing a financing at .15 cents.

If this is the best we can expect from an $800,000 a year president, then the BOD should look for better value for shareholders.  Over compensating and under delivering is not a long term strategy.  Dave, your compensation is off the chart, given your deliverables.  If Zao had a market cap of $5Billion, then I would say your price tag is worth it.  But, your not!

I am completely disgusted!
