Expected, how? Your statement is useless without explaining what tangible facts you base that expectation on.
Transgaming has positioned itself well to take advantange of a serious trend and investors just need to be patient.

Positioned, where? That's another hollow word that means nothing without justification. TransGaming is about as well positioned to take advantage of smart TV gaming as my dog. They have nothing anyone is looking for.
Your money may be better put elsewhere for the moment but I expect the sentiment to change as the revenues start coming in and growing quarter over quarter.  If you're willing to hold, now is a great time to keep buying.  The company is extremely cheap given current partnerships and patents.

What partnerships? Nobody is mutually invested in their success. Patents? They have one.
The weak hands have been shaken out and the shares are being accumulated by the ones willing to hold.  Patience will pay-off.

Based-on-what?
