I have no idea what the NPV will be honestly. If it wasnt open pit, id say that the 4 year low in deisel prices will contribute etc etc... but its open pit and cheap anyway. The low fuel price will help but not the effect as if it were not open pit. You answered your own question with the Lundin Kinross. They still have a stake but no hassle with Ecuador. I don't think that it is an issue of if they pass the law or not so much as Kinross just had it out with the Ecuadorian govt. If you get bit by a dog your going to tend to stay clear of it. The reap rewards without hassle.
A delay is very possible. I wonder about the NR on the potention strike length. Why release the news but not plan to drill it while you await 3 months for the PEA? Is this the excuse they will use to delay PEA. (To drill the strike length) I guess thats the devils advocate or realist in me. I'm still in on this play and plan to see it through just the same.
