It makes me nervous that this was announced just shortly before the conference call.  I have seen this "roll a head" before hand tactic to announce bad news but also indicate the BoD has taken care of the problem...  I hope that isn't the case this time.

Anyone else feel this way?  Or am I just panaroid?  :)
