RE:Making a clean break

Questions/Opinion:
Does anyone know how long court cases take in the US?
How long could this drag out waiting for a Judge to make a decision?
With a sale to another company - if new plant owners keep doing the same alleged activities as the selling company did - could they have possible lawsuits filed against them?
Should this new company start talking to MicroBix ? Just asking...
