mgw news

mgw news
MGW entering the California medical marijuana market.

This may be the best news the company has ever had.

So 200 plants x 2.5 pounds x $1500 x 4 times per year = $3 million revenue the first year

multiply that by 2 for the second year, so $6 million.

MGW, through its JV with the collective, already has the 250 patients, which means they EFFECTIVELY ALREADY HAVE THE LICENSE!!. This is basically like getting an MMPR to produce 1500 lbs per year, with all the product pre sold!!

IF they can grow the patient base to 1000, that would be like an MMPR of 6000 lbs per year, or about 2300 kg.

Not sure if anybody here has checked the numbers, but in the May-June quarter TWD had revenues of $185,000. That annualizes to about $1.1 million per year. So they have a market cap of $75 million on revenue of $1.1 million for a product they have a permit for but cannot advertise, so they appear to be set to have half the revenue MGW should have once they get this going, but MGW has less than 10% of the market cap.

Not sure how this will turn out but assuming MGW closes on this JV and is producing in 3-4 months, how can the stock be any less than .30-40?
