No critism meant in fact I think your post are of exceptional value and one of very few capable of doing that. Having said that I believe that 1.25 - 1.75 would be  what I project in value if all hell broke loose and had to construct a sale or liquidate assets. Maybe thats too aggressive  i don't know.. but what i do know is i will be buying again in nov. (Waiting out a 30 day taxation sale period) However keep up the informative posts and lets make some doe !!!!!
