Hey No worries Miningman. I was busy all day underground myself. Wow. I am just looking at all the young puppy stuff on this bullboard. hahahah Seems like we really struck a cord eh? I agree. Hire the right people and let them do the work. Work smart not hard. The engineers at Banks seem to think the more time they spend there the better things will be. I wish them luck with that. I would say they are just in the way there now. They are not spending time on what they should be doing. Also I agree with Oilmine. We definitely should have some of them drinks with umbrellas in them. Actually I am heading down south this winter for awhile to enjoy some. I also have some large fish to catch. Tied them up last time I was there. haha Most of the young pups on this board will be picking bottles and cans so they can afford a warm can of Lucky. JMHO. HAHAHAH
