RE:Boyuan needs their investors behind them ..Dont be absurd stockguru. This company is trading at pennies because no one belives it is serious about shareholder value. Last May they took out a loan with a 24% interest rate which makes no sense. Despit shares trading for less then 1 times earnings they have no bought back a single share. 

Who knows whats going on in China?  My guess a few rich directors rolling around in BMW's laughng about the Canadians who funded it all.  lol
