Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

I the same news release, they mention their year forecast is now about 12,500 boe/d. If the production figures were as low as you were thinking for Q4, the year average would be much lower than they are forecasting.

So I think the following calculation which uses the published H1 and Q3 production rates is reasonable. I don't recall actual Q1 and Q2 figues, but it doesn't matter if you use the average H1 figures twice in this calculation:

H1 average was 12,800 boe/d, and Q3 was 11600 boe/d. Their full year forecast, factoring in the shutdowns, is estimated at 12,500 boe/d.

(12800+12800+11600 + x)/4 = 12500

x = 12800

So q4 should be around 12,800 boe/d, give or take.
