What annoys me is that your government kryg (and you personally)  is that you are challenging based on one techiniality and avoiding the real issue and dealing with the corruption. No minister has raised this and brought up the issue yet the press has.

Its a technical fact based on jurisdiction. You are trying to use to weasel your way out of this. The whole subject is being swung of topic which veers away from the real issue that there is corruption and a terrible investment climate in your country.

What about the real issues that has been laid out in the documents that you were corrupt. There were brines taken - 20% of the payment will be held by government officials, chinese company, classified documents and a government department sueing another government department. That is unheard of in any other country in the world . There more to it.  Stop talkign about lack of jurisdiction and focus on the real issue. Bribery, back handers and ministers doing things shouldnt have been done. You keep talking about the previous corrupt government but look at this. LOOK AT YOUR CURRENT GOVERNMENT!!! Is it not clear in yoru eyes Kryg, Are you sayign everything that got us to this place was legit. Of course not. Its the most corrupt scandel I have witnssed in a long time,

For god sake, your press are reporting all this and your actively looking for investment. Start focusing on the real issue. not a lack of jurisdiction. So what happens if this goes to another court, the same case will be presented and you will spend millions of dollars more to try and weasel out paying.

can have to accept the guilty actions of your goverment,. You are trying to attract investors, you are trying to joing the econmic union of which your big neighbour russia is part of. this company is backed by russians and the mine is worthless without the russian technology and expertise. Why go all to these meausres. Your president is pro russian yet you keep challenging their court system. They are one of the biggest ecomonys in the world but everythign krygistan does just keeps p*ssing off other countries. You've got a ton of arbitration suits against you. Why dont you step up and try to deal with the issues, instead of trying to hide like a petty high schooler. its your interest to get your country out of the deep dark crevices you are in and attract investment. Why try and cause more damage now. Why not go into damage control, remove the problems and move forward. 

If you can answer that question seriously, I will listen to you. Dont tell me and whinge the about how the license was aquired, or previous goverments. No other country keeps blaming previous goverments, they move forward and try and help their economy (except your country). I cant believe all the stuff coming out your ministers mouths. Gernally when things like this happen in developed countries, there is an instand veto on talking about it with hard pubishment (except yours). 

Answer the question - is your current government corrupt or not? Based on whats happened. Is it - or not?
