Hi Elgaveeno, do you actually see a value here at a different price level or is there essentially too many concerns in your mind to buy this at any level.  I am currently out on this company as the price action hadn't stabilized enough for me and I think there is still another leg down due to the broad market selloff.  It looks like they bought a bunch of beaten up wells on the cheap and are wringing as much out of them as they can; not the worst plan.
