Realistic probability of PBI approval?

Realistic probability of PBI approval?Hey guys... I am very new to investing so please bear with me...

I realize most drugs fail to make it through trials and are denied FDA approval.  At this point is there any reason to believe Pbi has a higher chance of success or is it too early to tell?
