Your spit balls and like mine -- just guesses but even with the debt service which is tied to the businesses the market cap is a fraction of the companies book of realestate. Some of the acquisitions do not included the buildings and land. Read Durisol here. The former owners still own the land and buildings. I'm sure the news on the 12th will reflect blame on some circumstance beyond their control. Isis, Floods in the Philippines, fallen trees on logging roads or grid lock in Ontario.
