RE:Yet another 52 week low at .20

RE:Yet another 52 week low at .20A couple of days ago I sent an email to Gary Perkins, who is contact person for Investor Relations at QSOLAR. Following You find his answer to my questions about certification and money resources.

The answer is somehow vague but still there is no hint of a coming breakdown.

...... his answer .......

Thank you for your email of today’s date.

I am advised by QSolar Limited that the company is making progress with the financing and also with the TUV certification.

The company advises that it is expecting TUV certification before end November and will continue to provide updates when appropriate to do so.

Thank you for your interest and support.

Sincerely,
Gary Perkins
QSolar Limited – Investor Relations

...... my request .......

Dear Mr. Perkins,

many of QSOLAR's shareholder are concerned about the sliding shareprices and the overdue certification process.

As for the certification I considered already to contact the german contact person of TUV SUD (you mentioned in an earlier press release) via Xing to ask for the progress of the certification process but he is probably not allowed to share such information.

The estimated timelines given in the original announcements about the certification process always included hints about the special circumstances (first PV system without metallic frame …) of the testing and that it would take longer than any „usual“ testing of  PV systems but all discussed target dates or deadlines have been exceeded.

There should at least be some facts about the development of the testing or some intermediate results like how many tests have been passed successfully already or if there were some that failed on first hand so extra efforts had to be made to finally pass them and such.

Also, there is only little news about sales beside the 450.000 $ pre payment for your golf car and consumer product lines. Considering the number of employees You have to take care of in Shanghai factory and in Your headquarters in the U.S. the concern about money resources is also very understandable.

It would be very kind of Your company to provide some enlightening information.

Yours sincerely

....
