RE:Pinetree selling more than just PTK.... He did not sell 2 million shares of Poet. Pinetree sold 1 million shares at .84. The dupiicate entry is because of the way Canadian Insider pulls data from the actual source which is SEDI.
Sheldon has control/direction of Pinetree shares and is a PTK 10% holder. The SEDI entry below shows the actual single sale. The duplicate entry on canadianinsider is because they do not take into account the dual relationship directors and 10% holdlers have and the distinction between direct ownership vs control/direction.
