Interesting BID / ASK on RB Energy in US OTC

thats the Ticker RBEIF in the US.
Strange bid / ask at 0.04 / 0.16. Huge spread.
I called TDWaterhouse to confirm what I am seeing is real looking
directly at the OTC markets.
They checked and said yes, its real, and conceeded very unusual.
They confirmed no news on this, but signals people are holding out and no longer willing
to sell for a few pennies. Sell orders start at .16 and then up from there.
The RBEIF ticker needs to be watched closely.
