Anyone else get the feeling the company was hoping to boost the SP with the promo ads for potential financing down the road?  It certainly wouldn't give a financieer a sence of security buying into a stock that's been on a forever decline.  Unless perhaps it's pretty toxic financing - i/e: highly dilutive and well in the financieer's favor to try and recover their investment by selling any new aquired paper immediately after a sp pop...

Just a thought to ponder for a Friday afternoon.
