RE:RE:RE:Energy equity issues starting a countertrend vs oil prices? If Stella is successful, IAE will not 'survive', it will do extremely well...
Even if the brent stays at 80-85$.
Excluding any other asset acquisition,
Peak debt should be 775 M$ early next year (officially, 725 M$ but I expect addit overruns on Stella).
For 2015 ave prod of 18000 boepd at ave price of 88$ (with the hedged production) will be enough to generate positive fcf and start to reimburse the debt.
For 2016, ave of 30000 boepd at ave of 83$ will generate fcf of about 250 M$ (420 M$ ocf).
Use whatever multiple you want, the sp will not be 1.30$ when the market gets confidence on Stella...
By the way, banker's that financed the company are not stupid and ran multiple scenarios of oil prices in their model. The key for everybody - bankers and bagholders - is Stella.
The band Interpol has a good song titled 'Stella was a diver' - bad omen - LOL
GLTA and enjoy the WE!
