Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in approximately 60-120 equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative screening and fundamental analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

All good points Mo, which outline the reasons I am still in this stock - great medium to long term potential unless we have another 2008-09 meltdown in equity and oil prices, or Stella goes horribly wrong. I have never been good at picking sp tops and bottoms (except by sheer blundering luck) which is why I am never fully in or out of a stock that I have long term confidence in.

Can't help but think that within the next 12-24 months the current sp will have seemed quite inexpensive. Could be wrong though as I have been many times in the past: hey, anybody want to buy a few shares of Dome Petroleum from me?  You can have them real cheap. I may have one of their share certificates framed in the rec room so that's gotta be worth something.  Okay, so I am still ticked off about that one having lost the equivalent of a small 2 BR bungalow on it...
