From Bentek 10/31/2014 | 5:45 AM This describes the dichotomy in storage between the AECO and Dawn hubs. Not being a subscriber I don't have access to the 2nd page of this report but in my last week's Bentek post they had some up-to-date figures on the AECO shortfall. Basically they've robbed AECO to fill Dawn but there is a serious shortfall in Cdn storage to the tune of 100+Bcf. I'm sure Bentek will comment on this next week in their Cdn Observer report. Canadian Observer - Two halves of Canada entering withdrawal season in different positions Friday marks the final day of the traditional injection season (October 31) with drastically different conditions in the two halves of Canada. ...In the eastern half, Bentek estimates that storage inventories near Dawn reached their normal season-ending level of roughly 240 Bcf during the first half of October and have remained above the 240-Bcf threshold since. Thus, the facilities are entering the withdrawal season at normal levels, which is what Bentek called for in its July Canadian Weekly Observer special feature. less10/31/2014 | 5:45 AMCanadian Observer (Daily)
