Just as a response to your recent summary K; the Kygryz's have already appealed this decision on at least 2 occasions without success. They appealed to the Moscow court after receiving the decision, and were informed their appeal was denied. Just because they failed to have ANY legal representations at the hearing, was found to be insufficient reasons, as they had ample time, and 2 time extensions to obtain counsel, but nobody would represent them! They have tried appealing this verdict in 2 court systems, to no avail. They are now trying to appeal to another local legal system in Russia, to overturn a ruling by an International Court that's already been appealed and denied. The award is final and unable to be appealed. This is very plain English, and many do not understand it's simple and conclusive terms, including the Kygryz's. There is nothing left but await the seizure of shares at this point. Crying about irrelevent issues is just a waste of time and effort. As OCand GG, as well as many others have already said; the writing is on the wall. glta
