RE:Timing

RE:TimingOn Aug. 15/2014, CZN put out a news release stating that a winter road would be built and opened by Feb./2015. Now, less than three mths. later they scrap that plan and announce they are now going  for an all season road. Alan and John have had at least a decade to make plans for the best mode of transporting the ore to Fort Nelson, the winter road was deemed the best way to go for environmental and fianancial reasons. The permits are in place, we have the money to proceed. Why change to an all season road that will require opening up the whole permitting process that will involve major engineering studies for crossings that will have to be built for countless streams along the 180km. road. The big bridge of course will be the Lalrd river crossing. Major fianancing will be required for that all season road. Obviously our brain bank,  (management) has a ballpark estimate of the cost of this venture, and how to procure the necessary funding, otherwise, they wouldn't have changed their minds in mid stream. There is a very significant danger in reopening a permitting process that involves Parks Canada. It will prove to be a costly and very time consuming process. Think it over boy's (alan and john) . Don't do something stupid out of desperation.
