RE:RE:RE:RE:PTA's EV (US$155 M) vs CAMAC's EV (US$540 M)dont concern yourself with buyback, dont see that happenning, should have transpired when the shares were trading in the mid 20s.. though at these prices now, maybe thats not neccessarily the case. It is the time now to concentrate much more on share price, as the cash to pay the notes off doesnt concern me at all. The company is likely underlevered, though hard to say, as we really dont know what the commitments are for the next twelve to twenty four months. Netbacks will likely decline, mainly from general pricing declines, though again, we do not have an idea of what to expect in terms of costs and such from PUT, until we see those numbers, no one can really say what the short to medium term might bring in terms of cashflow and cash position. Doesnt appear anyone has bothered to confirm whether or not the company kept up with buying puts on a decent part of the companys production. Thats due diligence, all I hear is the same story as usual, how all is undervalued. There has to be a reason or reason (s) for it.
