StrangeCan someone explain how DM closed yesterday down 50% on heavy volume (5M+) and today skyrockets on takeover news?

If it had closed up 100% yesterday on the same volume, you'd assume a leak. But why DOWN on such heavy volume yesterday, it makes no sense. Sellers yesterday must be pizzed.
