There are lots of apps that let you share across networks. And don't forget when you post on fotoyapp and share the post it appears on the other networks only in the language you typed it. So writing a post in English and posting it on QQ which is chinese makes no sense.

And first don't you need fotoyapp users. By looking at the site it's clear they have few actives. This big new release won't be bringing in many more.
