Dear Arcan management, Do the decent thing, give back the retention bonuses and tender your resignations. In the process of tendering said resignations, please note that you will no longer hold the company to the significant exit packages you negotiated, as you are resigning to save the company from firing you for 'cause'. Cause, being gross neglect of your positions and lack of accountability to the shareholders who gave their blood, sweat and tears so that Graeme and his cronies could spend hours at the gym each day instead of working, so that McCoy and Penner could take expensive vacations while things were sliding downhill month after month, that you can still expense coffee and lunches in the name of 'business' when you are adding zero value. When was the last time your VP of Production or Engineering added value to the company? GO AWAY! And that goes double for the crooked board of directors! Sincerely, peeved and frustrated!
