stock price - what am i missing?

stock price - what am i missing?
doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason for this. the stock was floundering around the $10-$12 level for the longest time under basically the same quarterly results, production #s, etc. did i miss something in the quarterly release??? on a fundamental basis the stock is trading at a very low P/CF and P/NAV. there has been a funding gap between CF and CAPEX program for the past few years, so this is nothing new. is this just commodity driven?!?! seems way overblown compared to other Energy sector names.

the immense selling pressure over the past 2 months and near-term options action feels very orchestrated to me. hoping there is something big coming but not sure how much longer i can hold out on this name (been waiting 2+ years for a catalyst).
