RE:RE:RE:Orphan status approval chancesHate to say it, but we could get turned down for that reason, although that won't be the published reason. I am a Canadian working in the USA and there is a big push for all things American here. Don't really know how long the job will last for that reason. I suspect it will be a tough Pass.
