LRE and nat gas affect on cash flow.

LRE and nat gas affect on cash flow.LRE has 50% gas exposure but this only represents about 15 % of their income as nat gas sells at approx. one third on a BTU basis compared to crude oil. So to go into oily stocks is not going to make hardly any difference in the bottom line. Also LRE had hedged almost all their gas production so they don't think nat gas is all that important to their bottom line. Oil is where they make the big bucks. Why switch to another energy stock? See the presentation of LRE on their website.
