RE:RE:RE:LRE and nat gas affect on cash flow.In my own case, I try not to be to cute when it comes to trying to pull a litte bit more out of a position.

I find the only situation when I can consistently be right, is the buy and hold approach.

I`m very comfortable holding LRE for the next 5-10 years or more
