what you are missing is the first $35,000,000 or so goes to ATB and the next $23,000,000 or goes to debenture holders plus of course anyone else who is in accounts payable. So round it off at $60,000,000 or so of debt that is ahead of the common shareholders.
In this market could they sell the company for in excess of $60,000,000. Pigs would tightrope walk blindfolded over the Chicago nightline before that would happen.
