Birchcliff Energy Ltd. is a Canada-based intermediate oil and natural gas company. The Company is engaged in the exploration for and the development, production and acquisition of oil and gas reserves in Western Canada. The Company’s operations are focused on the Montney/Doig Resource Play in Alberta. Its operations are concentrated in the Peace River Arch area of Alberta. The Company has a 100% working interest in its Pouce Coupe Gas Plant and two oil batteries, as well as various working interests in numerous other gas plants, oil batteries, compressors, facilities and infrastructure. Its Pouce Coupe Gas Plant, which is licensed to process up to 340 million cubic feet per day (MMcf/d) of natural gas, is located in the heart of the Corporation's Montney/Doig Resource Play.

And yes that’s quite a daunting figure!!!!!

The final score card is 31 injections and 24 misses. I was`wrong on my 70Bcf estimate for this week. This marks the official end to the injection season. Occasionally there can be small injections in the first 2 weeks of the winter withdrawal period so I will keep running this post for 2 more weeks.My aggregate injection estimate to the next 2 weeks is 25Bcf. Subtract that 25Bcf from the 243 Bcf shortfall over last year and we should arrive at a 218 Bcf shortfall giving us an estimate of 3616 Bcf Yes it will definitely be the lowest storage number we have seen since 2008. I have posted the highest injection figures achieved for each of the previous years 2008 through 2013 on this spreadsheet which is clear for all to see. .
