when Tullow says costs are at $7 M per well, is this their cost i.e. 50% of the total? Its still a decent reduction down to say $14-15 Million per well, that is if they don't encounter any issues.

The biggest costs drilling in Africa is always mob demob. This looks like a walk down in price to set a nice attractive PrivatePlacement. Does anyone know what they are planning? thanks
