A hostile takeover? No offence but that is rediculous.  You ever seen a stock drop 75% because there was a hostile takeover?
The market has lost faith in management and nobody is willing to give them fresh money.  They need to get the UL certification and make some sales, post some contracts.  They need to sell solar panels stop burning money thats the bottom line. 
The billionaire investor lost faith in management at 0.80 when they started selling, we should have sold all our stock as soon as he sold a single share.  Unfortunately i held on with the rest of you.
