RE:11 Nov -what then?

RE:11 Nov -what then?
Hi awacs1
A few thoughts & ideas .....
I think many on this site have projected what the 3rd qtr revenues will be. I think some of the more traditional financial/banking analysts have been holding off raising their target SP until they see the actual 3rd quarter results. With 3rd qtr actual results and the results of the final exceptional diamond tender known - the only variable for the company (Lucara Diamonds) to project a final 2014 revenue estimate are what are their sales projections  on  the last 2 regular diamond tenders held in this month and next month. They may have actual revenues now
of $ 245 million or so before any 4th quarter sales results
I think they should raise their final YE projections in Monday's 3rd quarter news release up from
$240-$250 million and if not providing an actual range - at least give a number they are comfortable with seeing at a minimum ie. $ 270+ million.
They have announced what the entire year's revenues were  from the exceptional stone tenders were - so why would they hold off until December or even into the new year announcing what the special dividend is?

How to do we get the SP up from today's close of $ 2,24?

IMO the current SP is not reflective of the value of the company
I think shareholders need some positive news to get the SP up to where it should be and
if Lamb wants to avoid being too "conservatively predictable" - how about announcing
(in addition to the special dividend)  a   50 Million dollar share buy back plan spread over this year and next?  (Most of the capital for the Karowe plant upgrade has been spent this year)
Or to really shake things up announce they have bought another working diamond mine in Botswana or the Canadian North ..... We know some of the large diversified mining companies are looking at divesting themselves of their diamond operations ....
Welcome any other ideas folks may have to get the LUC SP out of the doldrums
