Killam Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (Trust) is a Canada-based residential real estate investment trust. The Trust owns, operates, and develops a $5.3 billion portfolio of apartments and manufactured home communities (MCHs). Its segments include Apartment, MHC, and Commercial. Its Apartment segment acquires, operates, manages and develops multifamily residential properties across Canada. Its MHC segment acquires and operates MHC communities in Ontario and Eastern Canada. RE:new #'s (not bad) - what do others think?I'm a bit mixed on the results.  Am of two minds:
1) I am not liking the trend line on occupancy in Halifax.  Also, to hear reports that the shipbuilding project may bring less economic activity than originally anticipated is not encouraging.  Given this is their core market, they need to do well here.
2) I am liking the Kanata complex purchase; once that revenue works its way into the financials, I think it will be a positive for the stock.

When all else fails, look at what the insiders are doing - one director bought over 42,000 shares in September alone.

It's a HOLD for me right now.  Not selling, might add on a dip - seems fully priced to me at $10.80-$11 right now.
