III mines copper
Hey Diamondless. Are you spiking your morning coffee or just a little blurry from last night bottle of Rum. The latest I heard from my sources was the chief inspector for some reason did not pass on the new proposal for production from III. His boss Mr. Bennett was unaware it had been submitted. So I imagine there will be a little discipline and some sucking up to be done by the chief inspector However Bennett now has that production proposal in his hands. As I mentioned before Williams Lake city council and both the Soda Creek and Williams Lake first nations are also putting pressure on the Premiers office to allow the mine to start production sooner then later. As far as the price of gold affecting iii. They are a copper mine. Sources say they do have a modest amount of gold that pays for most if not all production with the copper for profit. They also have in addition to the open pit a virtually untapped high grade underground deposit averaging over 2% copper and of course more gold. The underground just recently started to produce before the dam failure. Estimates of this deposit are around 10 years of high grade ore with lots of potential to increase the reserves. I do not think the premiers office will lollygag too long before making a production decision. Or they will face a lot of broke and angry residents from the area. Now have a nice day as I get back to my coffee. Mmmm a little Bailey's perhaps
