Anyone recommend getting in at these levels?

Anyone recommend getting in at these levels?Im new to oil; does anyone think this is a good time to get your feet wet.

I am kinda interested in the dividend at these price levels.

I know the oil patch; relatively speaking needs higher oil prices to stay profitable. 

What are your general feelings here?
