RE:potential buyout

RE:potential buyouthave you ever heard a investor ask "what is the Rush?  As if they (falsely) have no concern for the value of time?  I suppose they are smarter (or they think they are)  than the entire field of academics and practioners who include time as an input in their NPV and financial models.  I havent met a REAL investor in my entire career who acted as if time wasnt a major input/factor into their overall decision to invest. Know why?  Because it absurd.  Perhaps its emotional bravado, a false sense of superiority?  Chest Beating?  Whatever, but surely its emotionally based and not data driven.   I could be wrong, and maybe there are those who would say to someone: "Dont pay me now, pay me later, I have plenty of time. I dont need or want my money sooner rather than later.  I would rather spend time watching the pennyclippers drop to the roadside and those who may be in need of their funds now suffer rather than obtain a return on my investment now"   Must be a rare gentleman indeed. In fact, must be the only one on the planet.
